DMD handles LatAm digital premier of 4-time Oscar Winner “Parasite” and becomes the most widely distributed VOD aggregator in Latin America
Digital Media Distribution Limited (DMD) a distributor of high-quality European and world cinema titles across Latin America announces a raft of new distribution deals for its Latin American VOD world cinema service.
DMD is handling the LatAm digital premier of the 4-time Oscar-winning “Parasite”, as well as titles such as Céline Sciamma’s double Cannes winner “Portrait of a Lady on Fire” and Christian Petzold’s “Transit”.
DMD’s current catalogue contains over 200 recent titles of commercially successful and award-winning films. DMD will be launching its world cinema SVOD product “Cine del Mundo” across Latin America in 2020.
DMD has now completed VOD distribution deals with major regional platforms including Amazon, Sky Brazil, and Oi Brazil to add to its distribution on major platforms such as iTunes, Cinepolis Klic, Google Play, NET, Claro Video, Izzi, VTR, Cablevision and Telefonica. Its VOD service is now available to over 20 million homes.
