In the conventional bear world, it is frowned upon to befriend a mouse. And yet, Ernest, a great marginal bear, clown and musician, welcomes little Célestine, an orphan who has run away from the underground world of rodents, into his home. These two loners will support and comfort each other, and thus shake up the established order...

"Ernest & Celestine" (2012) is a beautifully animated French-Belgian film that captures the hearts of audiences with its charming story, endearing characters, and unique visual style. Directed by Stéphane Aubier, Vincent Patar, and Benjamin Renner, this enchanting film is an adaptation of the beloved children's books by Gabrielle Vincent.
