DMD FILMS ON SKY CINEMA
A strong selection of DMD’s films are now available on SKY MOVIES. These include box office hits such as Kills on Wheels (pictured), Whiskey Bandit, Venus, Thunder Road and Tangerine. DMD is spreading its influence and its films are enjoying ongoing popularity and commercial successes.
DMD LAUNCHED ON AMAZON PRIME
DMD has just launched several films on Amazon Prime across Latin America. This vastly increases its customer base, as Amazon is one of the biggest providers of VOD across the region, and generates a lot of revenue. DMD has launched a wide selection of quality films, including its bestsellers Whiskey Bandit and L’Outsider. This will make Amazon DMD’s 22nd partner in Latin America.
Later this year, DMD will launch its SVOD Cine del Mundo service and it will be looking to make available on all IPTV, cable and OTT players in the region.

DMD LAUNCHED IN PERU ON MILLICOM AND TELEFONICA
DMD has premiered its films on Millicom Peru, where it will launch five new titles per week on TVOD. These include commercial successes across Latin America, like Swiped and Thunder Road. DMD therefore is expanding its reach into the Peruvian cable market.
DMD sign a deal with Screenbound International Pictures to add 19 classic titles to DMD’s portfolio. Titles include: Tommy (1975) with Elton John, Walkabout (1971), Watership Down (1978) and many, many more.
Vivo Play platform does a DMD exclusive European Cinema with 40 DMD titles on their homepage.
Promotional campaign includes titles such as Despite the Falling Snow, Piazza Fontana: The Italian Conspiracy and The Whiskey Bandit.
DMD’s latest deal is with international telecommunications and media giant Millicom, who boasts over 7 million customers in Colombia.
UNE play is now the fourth VOD platform in Colombia to distribute DMD content, alongside Claro Video, Telefonica and iTunes.

Colombian multiplex chain V.O. Cines and DMD have partnered up for a nationwide release of ‘Kincsem: Bet on Revenge’, a film about romance and horse-racing in 19th century Hungary.
The film was Hungary’s biggest grossing domestic title (almost $3 million at Hungarian box office) and will now be seen worldwide.

Digital Media Distribution (DMD) has expanded significantly its distribution base in Peru by agreeing a deal with Telefonica in the country.
DMD’s content was already available on Claro Video and iTunes in Peru but with this deal, many more customers will now have access to DMD’s quality catalogue of current world-cinema titles.

Major Italian film licensor RaiCom have struck a substantial content deal with Latin American distributor DMD limited, who have bought the VOD rights to 8 of their new films.
These movies will now be made available to more than 15 million two-way homes in 17 countries across South America.
Rai is the latest in a list of major European and North American independent film licensors to choose DMD to distribute their content to the Latin American market.

World-famous animal behaviourist and TV star Cesar Millan is launching a pet-centric SVOD service and linear network.
Millan, in partnership with DMD Limited and Muchomas Media, is launching Cesar’s Pet Planet. The service will consist of original content and library titles spanning entertainment formats, films, training show and pet health series.
